Founder of an AI venture leveraging experiential data to help women with structured decision making in women’s health.

Oura changed my life.

Taking control of my menstrual cycle with Oura data.

1️⃣ Manual exporting and tracking my cycle data

2️⃣ From Tracking to Predicting

  • Oura x Natural Cycles let me move from tracking to predicting with precision.

3️⃣ The Future: A Unified Experience

  • I’m bullish on Oura’s evolution—refining cycle tracking within the app to give women a seamless, data-driven view of their health, all in one place.

Early adopter of the Oura x Dexcom partnership to optimize my health.

Years before Oura’s Dexcom partnership, I used a Dexcom CGM alongside my Oura ring to optimize my nutrition.

⭐️ But my biggest takeaway? Eating 20-30g of protein per meal, especially at breakfast, made the biggest positive impact.

Dexcom Trends Feb 2023

<- ‼️ Feb 25th was a Saturday where I indulged in sweets and failed to supplement with any protein.

The result? A higher than ideal glucose variability.

Oura gave me the power to understand my body.

Before Oura, tracking my irregular cycles was a struggle, and conversations with my OB-GYN felt unproductive—I was expected to recall patterns I didn’t fully understand.

With Oura, I had real data and insights to predict my cycles, advocate for myself, and lead the conversation with doctors—ultimately reversing my hormonal imbalance, regulating my cycle, and optimizing my health.
