with the best teams.

Evvy

B2B Foundation & Distribution

The gap

Evvy had a D2C product and a vision for enterprise—but no B2B infrastructure, no partner playbook, and no precedent. I built the commercial foundation from scratch: the Provider Portal, partner integrations with GrowBaby, Function Health, Viome, and WHOOP, and the internal ops that made B2B2C distribution repeatable.

Confluence Databases

The gap

Teams were duct-taping spreadsheets onto Confluence to manage structured data. There was no native answer. I led the 0→1 product development for Confluence Databases—a new primitive for the platform—resulting in a US patent. This was Confluence's first purpose-built structured data experience.

Confluence Creator Experience

The gap

Content creation in Confluence had accumulated years of friction. The editing experience was fragmented, and new capabilities weren't surfaced where creators needed them. I owned the end-to-end creator experience redesign—restructuring the surface, improving discoverability, and setting the foundation for AI-powered authoring.
